EXPERIENCES AND ESTIMATES
Education Talks/Displays
Looking for us to give an education talk to a audience of any age or demographic? In our education talks, we educate the audience on falconry, raptor physiology, and raptor ecology, with the use of live raptors. Get up close and ask as many questions as you’d like. Opportunities to hold or pet birds are sometimes available. We then end the presentation with a flight display, where one of our birds flies free for the crowd to see!
We’ve done events with a diverse array of crowds, from small elementary school clubs to large retirement homes. We can also include other animals that aren’t raptors if the audience wants to better understand the ecology as a whole!
Prices vary – starts at $300 for a 1-1 1/2 hour presentation and $150 / hr afterwards. Contact us to discuss final pricing.
CORPORATE/ FESTIVALS
Bring raptors to a company event or festival. Education talks, booth setups, and flight demonstrations are available for any crowd size. Volunteers may be selected to aid in flight demos!
These birds work well in a variety of situations, both indoor and outdoors around crowds of any size.

WEDDINGS
Do you want to make your special day even more special? You can hire us to bring our birds and do an event at the wedding. People can learn about the birds, hold the birds, and most importantly, you can have a bird fly the rings to you. Our birds make great ringbearers (wingbearers?)!
A wedding package includes an ed event or booth, a flight demonstration, and a ringbearer service. We’ll also be there before the wedding so it all goes smoothly when the time comes! Photoshoots can be arranged, whether it be us taking the photos or someone else, at no additional cost.
Wedding Package starts at $1,500 for full service and practice the day of or before! Contact us for an estimate, as prices vary event by event.
HAWK WALKS / HUNTS
Getting to not only see a raptor but actively participate with the bird in a natural setting is an increedible experience. Join us in a set location, and fly the birds to your fist, the laser, and the lure. Hunt packages are also offered. Group packages can be bought, or you can pay for a solo ticket and join a group of 2-3 other individuals. Not only do you get to see the birds fly, chase, and possibly hunt, you get an in-depth falconry lesson which covers the natural history and handling of raptors for falconry.
These experiences typically run for an hour and a half. Hunts can run up to two hours. Anywhere from one to multiple birds will be free flown, though all birds will be seen or handled at the very least.
Pack rainboots, hiking shoes, or other outdoor-oriented footwear. Wear pants and prepare for any weather. Hawk walks may be cancelled/rescheduled 24 hours out due to inclement weather. Rain and snow aren’t usually issues but wind can be a problem.
Children below the age of 10 come free, though handling isn’t guaranteed.
Children must be 12+ years of age to participate in hunt events. No age restriction on hawk walks.
3-4 Participant HAWK WALK – $350 ($80 per additional individual)
Solo Ticket – $100 (You will join a group totaling 2-4 individuals at a set date)
3-4 Participant HUNT EVENT – $450 (+$80 per additional individual)
Observer Ticket – $50 (Accompany and learn with the group without handling any birds at a steep discount!)
PARTIES / YOUTH EVENTS
Worried an event with a lot of youngsters or a party might be too overwhelming for a raptor? You’d be surprised! These birds are raised around children , chickens, and dogs! Our house is very loud and our birds thrive in the chaos!
If you’d like our birds at a party or scout/youth event, let us know! We can cater to younger groups and are very easy to work with.
These events run very similarly to the education talks (see above), but are highly customizable to the audience.
Price typically starts at $300, though vary due to the specific catering for the young audience.
PHOTOSHOOTS
Looking to get some incredible photos of the birds with your camera or a professional’s? We can absolutely do that for you! Whether you want images of the birds in their natural environment or want some cool pictures posed with the birds, we can make it happen.
Let us know what you have in mind and we can plan something cool- the birds always have a good time!
Prices for photoshoots start at $200 plus travel fees for an hour and a half photoshoot.
SCHOOLS
Are you a school district looking to hire on a falconer for an education program? We can make that happen too, whether it be for an assembly, a raptor themed day, or a raptor ecology program for every class at a certain grade level. Perfect for STEM programs and grade events.
School events are some of our favorites, and we absolutely love to teach the kiddos! Whether it’s just a single class, or every class in a grade, we can make it work. We happily service any age from Pre-K through twelfth grade.

Travel Fees
Travel fees may apply. Rate is $0.50 / mile. No travel fees in Whatcom or Skagit County.

Rescheduling
Events are subject to rescheduling at any point due to unforseen circumstances. If this happens, we can offer a full refund or can reschedule the event and offer a discount.
Deposits
A deposit of 50% of the rate is to be paid when booking an event. Deposit will be refunded if we have to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances unless we are able to reschedule.
Liability
Waivers may be necessary depending on the event. They can be downloaded and viewed below. Waivers can be printed and signed or signed on the spot at the event

Our Paypall, Zelle, and Venmo QR codes can be found below. These are our preferred methods for depositing but contact us if that isn’t going to work. Credit/Debit support may become an option in the future.
